Known for her captivating looks and unique charisma, Jung has once again captured the world’s attention, now as the lead in a Hollywood film.

Following her breakout role in Squid Game, Jung will be making her way to Hollywood alongside director Kim Jee-woon. In the film adaptation, Jung Ho-yeon will portray Sandy, the wife of Theo James’s character. The film, scheduled to begin shooting early next year, will require Jung to act in both Korean and English, as the story spans both Korea and the United States.
Jung previously gained global recognition in 2019 with Squid Game, earning an Emmy nomination and a SAG Award for Best Actress.
